Usage notes

[edit]

This affix displays gemination of /r/ to /qq/, so e.g. plural becomes -aqqat. There also exists an alternative form of this affix, {-V'raq}, where V represents a lengthening of any preceding vowel; e.g.'paniaraq' and 'paneeraq' from panik (daughter) are both possible.
