-гә • (-gä)

1. Marks a dative case.

Usage notes

After nouns with last vowels of back vowels (а, я, ы, о, ё, у, ю), it becomes -га (-ğa) instead. While after unvoiced consonants, it becomes -ка (-qa) or -кә (-kä).
