Usage notes

Speculated meaning is "fish". In a text it appears it refers to a "creature whose meat was dried and eaten". It has been suggested that the word for "fish" had two stems: [script needed] (*parḫu-) and [script needed] (*parḫuy-), the genitive of which was 𒈦𒄷𒌋𒉿𒅀𒀸 (parḫūwayaš).
