[edit]Inherited from Sanskrit प्रसरति (prásarati). By surface analysis, 𑀧- (pa-) + 𑀲𑀭𑀇 (saraï). Cognate with Sauraseni Prakrit 𑀧𑀲𑀭𑀤𑀺 (pasaradi), Magadhi Prakrit 𑀧𑀰𑀮𑀤𑀺 (paśaladi).
