English
[edit]Etymology
[edit]A rotated letter ⟨𐑙⟩ /ŋ/, from the jocular suggestion that English /h/ and /ŋ/ are allophones.
Letter
[edit]𐑣 (h)
Usage notes
[edit]There is an argument that ⟨𐑣⟩ h and ⟨𐑙⟩ ng should have the opposite readings, and perhaps reflect a printer's error, because otherwise voiceless consonants have ascenders and their voiced partners have descenders. Some books have been published with this opposite assignment.
