Unknown; no clear etymology and no cognates. It has been suggested to derive from πƒπ…πŒ°π‚πŒ°πŒ½ (swaran, β€œto swear an oath”) +‎ -𐌴 (-Δ“, adverbial suffix), although this is semantically difficult.
