     ただちょっと鼻(はな)が高(たか)すぎる気(き)がします。まあ鼻(はな)ペチャの私(わたし)が言(い)うと僻(ひが)みっぽいけど、この人(ひと)の場(ば)合(あい)、家(いえ)柄(がら)と容(よう)姿(し)を鼻(はな)にかけて、ただでさえ高(たか)い鼻(はな)がさらに高(たか)く見(み)えるんじゃないかな？

     Tada chotto hana ga takasugiru ki ga shimasu. Mā hanapecha no watashi ga iu to higamippoi kedo, kono hito no baai, iegara to yōshi o hana ni kakete, tada desae takai hana ga sara ni takaku mierun janai kana?

     I just feel like his nose is too big. Well, coming from pug-nosed me it sounds prejudiced, but in this person’s case, considering his pedigree and his face, maybe that big nose looks especially big.
