   韓国(かんこく)の主権(しゅけん)に真(ま)っ向(こう)から挑発(ちょうはつ)する行為(こうい)でもある。

   Kankoku no shuken ni makkō kara chōhatsu suru kōi demo aru.

   It's also an act of direct provocation against Korea's sovereignty.
