Noun
[edit]白贅仔烌
- (Zhangzhou Hokkien) white ash obtained from burning rice crops used to cover charcoal to slow down burning (mostly put in handwarmers during winter while warming oneself, but also added in small quantities while pounding rice to make it easy to sift out the chaff together with it, and also used to clean grease off a potlid)
