Etymology
[edit]Literally, “the fox's wedding”. Compare Northern Kurdish daweta gur û rovî (literally “wedding of a wolf and a fox”) and Finnish ketut kylpevät (literally “the foxes are bathing”) for the ‘sun shower’ senses.
