Unclear.

Perhaps from 横須賀(よこすか) (Yokosuka, Yokosuka) + ジャンパー (janpā, blouson), or from スカイドラゴンジャンパー (sukai doragon janpā, literally “sky dragon blouson”, referring to the embroidery).
