     スウェーデンカブは、厚(あつ)さ１～１(１ ～ １)，５(５ )ｃｍ(センチ)にスライスし、皮(かわ)を厚(あつ)めに剥(む)いて半(はん)分(ぶん)に切(き)り、両(りょう)面(めん)に塩(しお)コショウをすり込(こ)む。
