From 追(お)い (oi, 連(れん)用(よう)形(けい) (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 追(お)う (ou)) + 分(わ)け (wake, 連(れん)用(よう)形(けい) (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 分(わ)ける (wakeru)).
