      ወአመ‌፡‌​​​​​​​​ዐሡሩ‌፡‌ለሳብዕ‌፡‌ወርኅ‌፡‌ዕለተ‌፡‌አስተስርዮ‌፡‌ይእቲ‌፡‌ወቅድስተ‌፡‌ትሰመይ‌፡‌ለክሙ‌፡‌ወአኅምምዋ‌፡‌ለነፍስክሙ‌፡‌ወአብኡ‌፡‌መሥዋዕተ‌፡‌ለእግዚአብሔር።
      Wä-ʾämä ʽäśuru lä-sabʽə wärḫ ʽəlätä ʾästäsrəyo yəʾəti wä-ḳədəstä təsämäy läkəmu wä-ʾäḫməmwa lä-näfsəkəmu wä-ʾäbəʾu mäśwaʽətä lä-ʾəgəziʾäbḥer.
      And also the tenth of the seventh month is the Day of Atonement; and it shall be sanctified greatly for you, and you will humble your souls and present a whole offering to the LORD.
