From ჯე- (ce-) +‎ ბ- (b-) +‎ -უნ (-un). Inherited from Proto-Kartvelian *b- (to tie, bind).

  1. to be hanging from a rope or pole without touching anything else
    Synonym: გჲობუნ (gyobun)
    შეჲეფეშკიმი ჲატონის ჯებუნ. ჯეწი დო ქომომიღი.
    şeyepeşǩimi yaťonis cebun. ceǯi do komomiği.
    My clothes are on the washing line. Untie them and bring them to me.
