[edit]From გ- (g-) + ო- (o-) + ჩ(ვ)- (ç(v)-) + -უმ (-um) + -ს (-s). Inherited from Proto-Georgian-Zan *ʒarc₁w- : ʒrc₁w- (“to take off (clothes)”).
