Particularly: “Not given etymology by STEDT (ə-khwaŋʼ "business, affair; commission, permission; right"), and doesn't appear to be mentioned by Luce 1981. Bears strong phonetic + some semantic resemblance to Old Chinese (OC *kʰoːn, “wide; generous”) (particularly in the Baxter-Sagart reconstruction), and semantic resemblance (though not so much phonetic) to (OC *ɡron, “authority; right”).”
