[edit]From Sanskrit प्रज्ञा (prajñā, “intelligence; understanding”), cognate with Khmer ប្រាជ្ញា (praacñaa), Lao ປັດຊະຍາ (pat sa nyā), Northern Thai ᨷᩕᩢᨩ᩠ᨬᩣ.
