[edit]Inherited from Old Marathi 𑘦𑘰𑘽𑘟𑘳𑘭 (māṃdusa), from Maharastri Prakrit 𑀫𑀁𑀚𑀽𑀲𑀸 (maṃjūsā), from Sanskrit मञ्जूषा (mañjūṣā).[1]
