Inherited from Prakrit 𑀅𑀮𑀓𑁆𑀔 (alakkha), from Sanskrit अलक्ष्य (alakṣya). Cognate with Gujarati અલખ (alakh), Malvi अलख (alakh), Marwari अलख (alakh) / 𑅐𑅮𑅖 (alkh).
