From ܫܘܼܒ݂ܚܵܐ (šuḇḥā, “honor, glory”) +‎ ܠ- (l-, “to”) +‎ ܫܸܡܹܗ (šimmēh, “his name”), literally “Glory to his name”, referencing to Jesus or God.
