     miṭṭul d-awa šalūṭē ìwā kullēh awa gēbā d-nahrā, min tipsaḥ w-hal ˁāzā, b-kullāyh malkē d-awa gēbā d-nahrā. w-šlāmā ìwā illēh min kullāyh gēbānē min ḥādirwānē.

     For he had dominion over all the region on this side of the River from Tiphsah even to Gaza, namely over all the kings on this side of River; and he had peace on every side all around him.
