Feminine form of ܢܒܝܐ (n(ə)ḇījā(ʾ), prophet), from Hebrew נָבִיא (nāḇîʾ). Compare Arabic نُبُوَّة (nubuwwa) and Hebrew נְבִיאָה (nəḇîʾâ).
