- Arabic small high yāʾ. A diacritical mark used in Quranic orthography to indicate the long vowel "ī" or the consonant "y" when it is not indicated by the letter ي (yāʔ) in the rasm.

- أَلَیۡسَ ذَ ٰلِكَ بِقَـٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰۤ أَن یُحۡـِۧیَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
