      چو شب شد شنیدند آواز کرگ
      سکندر بپوشید خفتان و ترگ
      čo šab šod šenidand âvâze karg
      sekandar bepušid xeftân o targ
      By nightfall, they heard rhinoceros growling
      [as a result,] Alexander put on his armor and helmet.
