Cognate with Azerbaijani gigovun and Bashkir күгәүен (kügəwen).

- a blue fly
- اِكّىِ بُغْرا اَكاشوُرْ، اُتْرا كُكاكوُنْ يَنْجِلوُرْ ― Ékkī buğrā igēšǖr, otrā kökēgǖn yančïlūr. ― Two camels quarrel with eachother, while the blue fly gets stomped.
