- (Syria) Hard, plum-sized cookies, normally made with semolina and nuts
- (Palestine, Jordan) Pastries consisting of fried strips of dough that are soaked in syrup, crispy on the outside and soft and wet on the inside
- Synonym: كَرَابِيج (karābīj)
