Etymology
[edit]Inherited from Proto-Turkic *kuduzgun (“crupper”), perhaps a derivation from *kudruk (“tail”). Cognate with Kazakh құйысқан (qūiysqan, “crupper”). Compare also Mongolian хударга (xudarga, “crupper”).
