- 7th century CE, Sunan an-Nasāʾiyy, 48:241:
- كَانَ خَاتَمُ النَّبِيِّ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَفَصُّهُ مِنْهُ.
- kāna ḵātamu n-nabiyyi min fiḍḍatin wafaṣṣuhu minhu.
- The ring of the Prophet was of silver, and its stone was of it [likewise].
