From طول (dol-, “to fill, stuff”) +‎ ـغون (-gun).

1. filled, stuffed, full or packed with some material, substance or food

   Synonym: طولمش (dolmuş)

2. overloaded, overfilled, chock full, jam-packed, crammed, loaded too heavily
