بَرِحَ (bariḥa) I (non-past يَبْرَحُ (yabraḥu), verbal noun بَرَاح (barāḥ) or بَرَح (baraḥ) or بُرُوح (burūḥ))

  1. to leave, to depart [with accusative or مِن (min) ‘from a place’]
    بَرِحَ ٱلْمَكَانَ / بَرِحَ مِنَ ٱلْمَكَانِ
    bariḥa l-makāna / bariḥa mina l-makāni
    He left that place.
  2. (copulative, in the negative) to still do
