      وَٱسْتَنْكَرَ ٱعْتِدَاءَ مُسْتَوْطِنِينَ إِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ بِتَسْهِيلٍ مِنْ جَيْشِ ٱلِٱحْتِلَالِ ٱلْإِسْرَائِيلِيِّ، عَلَى مِنْطَقَةِ مَشْهَدِ الطَّيْرِ فِي مَزَارِعِ شِبْعَا. وَطَالَبَ بِتَقْدِيمِ شَكْوَى رَسْمِيَّةٍ إِلَى ٱلْأُمَمِ الْمُتَّحِدَةِ.
      وَأَكَّدَ بَرِّي أَنَّ مِثْلَ هَذِهِ ٱلِٱعْتِدَاءَاتِ وَٱلِٱسْتِهْدَافِ تُعْتَبَرُ ٱنْتِهَاكًا فَاضِحًا لِلُبْنَانَ وَسِيَادَتِهِ، وَتَسْتَدْعِي تَحَرُّكًا سَرِيعًا تِجَاهَ ٱلْهَيْئَاتِ ٱلدُّوَلِيَّةِ لِوَضْعِ حَدٍّ لَهَا.
      wastankara ʕtidāʔa mustawṭinīna ʔisrāʔīliyyīna bitashīlin min jayši l-iḥtilāli l-ʔisrāʔīliyyi, ʕalā minṭaqati mašhadi ṭ-ṭayri fī mazāriʕi šibʕā. waṭālaba bitaqdīmi šakwā rasmiyyatin ʔilā l-ʔumami l-muttaḥidati.
      waʔakkada barrī ʔanna miṯla hāḏihi l-iʕtidāʔāti wal-istihdāfi tuʕtabaru ntihākan fāḍiḥan lilubnāna wasiyādatihi, watastadʕī taḥarrukan sarīʕan tijāha l-hayʔāti d-duwaliyyati liwaḍʕi ḥaddin lahā.
      He (Nabīh Berrī) condemned the Israeli settlers’ attack on the zone of the Site of the Birds in the Šibʿā Farms facilitated by the Israeli occupation army. And he demanded a formal complaint to the United Nations.
      Berri stressed that such attacks and targetings constitute a gross violation for Lebanon and its sovereignty and call for rapid action towards the international organs to put an end to them.
