[edit]עִצָּבוֹן • (itsavón) m (plural indefinite עִצְבוֹנוֹת, singular construct עִצְבוֹן־)
- (Biblical Hebrew or literary) worrisomeness, that is, labor or pain: sorrow, toil.

- אֶֽל־הָאִשָּׁה אָמַר הַרְבָּה אַרְבֶּה עִצְּבֹונֵךְ וְהֵֽרֹנֵךְ בְּעֶצֶב תֵּֽלְדִי בָנִים וְאֶל־אִישֵׁךְ תְּשׁוּקָתֵךְ וְהוּא יִמְשָׁל־בָּֽךְ׃

Usage notes
[edit]- The excessive spelling (plene) עיצבון is a lot less common than the defective spelling עצבון, both are correct.
