     הַכֹּל כְּשֵׁרִין לִקְרוֹת אֶת הַמְּגִלָּה, חוּץ מֵחֵרֵשׁ, שׁוֹטֶה, וְקָטָן.

     Ha-kol k'sherín liqrót et ha-M'gilá, ḥutz me-ḥéresh, shoṭé, v-qatán.

     All are acceptable to read the Scroll of Esther, except for a deaf-mute, an idiot, and a minor.
