מְאוּשְׁכָּן • (m'ushkán) m

1. one having large testicles

   על פי מילון בן יהודה מאושכן הוא בעל אשכים גדולים מאד, וזה מהמומים הפוסלים כהנים לעבודה בבית המקדש.

   al pi milon ben y'huda m'ushkan hu ba'al ashakhim g'dolim m'od, v'ze mehamumim hapos'lim kohanim la'avoda b'veit hamikdash.

   According to the Ben-Yehuda dictionary a meushkan is one who possesses very large testicles, and this is one of the defects that exempts Cohanim from service in the Holy Temple.
