      o-gibén o-dák o t'valúl b'einó o garáv o yaléfet o m'róakh áshekh.
      Or crookbacked, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
    • Tanach, Leviticus 22:22, with translation of the King James Version:
      עַוֶּרֶת אוֹ שָׁבוּר אוֹ־חָרוּץ אוֹ־יַבֶּלֶת אוֹ גָרָב אוֹ יַלֶּפֶת לֹא־תַקְרִיבוּ אֵלֶּה [לַד׳] וְאִשֶּׁה לֹא־תִתְּנוּ מֵהֶם עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ [לַד׳]׃
      avéret o shavúr o-kharútz o-yabélet o garáv o yaléfet lo-takrívu éle [ladoshém] v'ishé lo-titnú meihém al-hamizbéakh [ladoshém].
      Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these [unto G-d], nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar [unto G-d].
