- Third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive perfect (hence future tense) of דִּבֵּר (dibér).

- וְדִבֶּר־הוּא לְךָ אֶל הָעָם
- v'diber-hú l'chá él haám
- He shall speak for you to the people
