בֶּן יִשְׂרָאֵל (ben yisraélm (plural indefinite בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, no construct forms)

  1. (Jewish law) a native-born Jew (as opposed to a convert), particularly one who is not a Levite or a Cohen
  2. Used other than figuratively or idiomatically: see בן,‎ ישראל.
