Accusative of ի- (i-), composed of nota accusativi զ- (z-) +‎ ի- (i-)

   Synonym: զինչ (zinčʻ)

   զի՞ կայ իմ եւ քո ― zi^? kay im ew kʻo ― what do you want; or: what do you want of me?

   քեզ զի՞ փոյթ է ― kʻez zi^? pʻoytʻ ē ― what does it matter to you?

   զի՞ է որդեակ ― zi^? ē ordeak ― what do you want my son?

   զի՞ արդեօք ― zi^? ardeōkʻ ― what? how? what is it?

   զի՞ արդեօք Պետրոսն եղեւ ― zi^? ardeōkʻ Petrosn ełew ― what has happened to Peter?

2. (interrogative) why? for what reason?

   զի՞ է զի ― zi^? ē zi ― what is the motive for which? why? what is it? why then?

   Զի քո արքայութիւն եւ զօրութիւն եւ փառք յաւիտեանս: Ամէն: ― Zi kʻo arkʻayutʻiwn ew zōrutʻiwn ew pʻaṙkʻ yawiteans: Amēn: ― For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.

   եւ զի ― ew zi ― since, because
