- Мы кӏалэм иӏорэ сэӏу ― Mə kʼalɛm jiʼworɛ sɛʼwu ― I hear what this boy is saying.
- Къапӏорэ тэӏурэп ― Qapʷʼorɛ tɛʼwurɛp ― We don't hear what you are saying.
- Къасӏорэ оӏурэба? ― Qasʼorɛ woʼwurɛba? ― Don't you hear what I am saying?
- Лӏыжъым имакъэ шъоӏумэ шъучӏ ― Lˢʼəẑəm jimaqɛ šʷoʼwumɛ šʷuĉʼ ― If you hear the old-man's voice run (said to plural).
- Къасӏорэ кӏалэхэмэ яӏу дэгъу ― Qasʼorɛ kʼalɛxɛmɛ jaʼwu dɛğʷu ― The boys hear what i am saying cleverly.
