[edit]Borrowed from Ottoman Turkish راحت لوقوم (rahat lokum), vulgar form of راحت الحلقوم (râhatü'l-hulkûm), itself from Arabic رَاحَة الْحُلْقُوم (rāḥat al-ḥulqūm).
