[edit]Synchronously, ойош- (oyoş-, “to get organized”) + -ма (-ma, suffix forming an abstract noun related to the action's process or result).
Cognate with Kyrgyz уюшма (uyuşma, “organization, union”), Uzbek uyushma (“organization, federation, union”), Uyghur ئۇيۇشما (uyushma, “organization, union”). Also compare Turkish uyuşma (“alignment”).
