[edit]By surface analysis, криви́й (kryvýj, “(obsolete) wrong”) + -о- (-o-) + суд (sud) + -я (-ja), antonymous to правосу́ддя (pravosúddja), from пра́вий (právyj, “right, righteous, just”). Compare Bulgarian кривосъ́дие (krivosǎ́die).
