  1. (colloquial, humorous, offensive) Wunderwaffe (secret weapon design claimed to be revolutionary and capable of winning the war)

Usage notes

[edit]

The coordinate term "ана́логов нет" ("has no equivalents" / "is unmatched") has been often used by the Russian propaganda pundits in their TV shows to describe the allegedly superior Russian tech that can turn whole countries into radioactive dust or something like that. But ironically, the same phrase also happens to sound like "ана́ло-говне́т" ("anal shitter"). Possibly such double meaning was an intended pun to make their message more catchy and memorizable. Or maybe they wanted to masquerade their activity as a harmless comically evil standup performance rather than a serious threat? Either way, it became a word of its own and may be considered offensively Russophobic by nationalist Russians.
