[edit]Borrowed from Classical Mongolian ᠷᠢᠨᠴᠢᠨ ᠦ (rinčin-ü, patronymic and grammatically possessive of ᠷᠢᠨᠴᠢᠨ (rinčin, given name)), from Classical Tibetan རིན་ཆེན (rin chen, given name). By surface analysis, Ринчи́н (Rinčín) + -о́ (-ó).
