[edit]- λάγνης (lágnēs)
Etymology
[edit]Related to λαγαίω (lagaíō, “to release”) and λαγαρός (lagarós, “slack, loose”). Maybe these words derive from the same Proto-Indo-European root of Latin laxus (“loose, free”) and English slack.
