- spirit, being, "humour" of someone alive or of a living animal
- Tâa ń kâ bà ǀʻâa ǃqhàa ń kâ bà ǃáa èh ǃnáã ń ʘkxʻúm.
- If a person dies and it rains, his spirit is good.
- Āh ǃnáã ń ʘkxʻúm.
- Your hands are nice. (i.e. your spirit is good; said of someone who successfully invokes the rain by singeing a skin)
- Tâa ń kâ bà ǀʻâa ǃqhàa ń kâ bà ǃáa èh ǃnáã ń ʘkxʻúm.
