- caraway, Carum carvi[1] (plant, seed and paste made from seeds used to coat meat)
- Synonyms: frenk kimyonu, ermeni kimyonu, karaman kimyonu, keraviye
- fenugreek, Trigonella foenum-graecum (often with otu for the plant or its leaves and with tohumu for the seeds, and with unu or tozu for a paste mainly from it)
- Synonyms: boy otu, boy tohumu
