- @Jberkel I've never heard if either, but it is used in literature as a stylistic resource or as a less formal alternative avoiding controversial sisplau. It should be labelled in some way: literary, rare, rhetorical. Likewise si li plau for adressing as vostè. It is noted in the GDLC: usually invariable. --Vriullop (talk) 09:19, 8 December 2020 (UTC)

- @Jberkel: The IEC, the Catalan academy, rejects it because it is just phonetic spelling. I usually pronounce it as sisplau, even in formal contexts, making no diference with si us plau. It is like French pronouncing si vous plaît but it makes nonsense written in this way. Others argue that it results less formal without making evident the pronoun corresponding to address using vós. --Vriullop (talk) 18:24, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
