  1. to sacrifice; make a sacrifice of
    Synonym: قُرْبان کَرْنا (qurbān karnā)
  2. to sacrifice something to avert evil by waving it around the specific person's head before giving it away
    Synonym: صَدْقے کَرْنا (ṣadqe karnā)
